Bei uns gibt es seit gestern wieder Strom - erstaunlich schnell!
Ein Stück weiter nördlich auf San Miguel Island und in Tabaco City hat der Sturm wesentlich mehr zerstört. Um den Mayon - Vulkan herum gilt es jetzt, möglichst schnell die Kanäle wieder frei zu baggern. Die wurden nämlich mit Sand, Vulkanasche und Steinen gefüllt, die heruntergespült wurden. Vor dem nächsten Taifun muss wieder Platz geschaffen werden.In Bicol, Mimaropa und Calabarzon wurde wegen der besseren Möglichkeit der Hilfsmaßnahmen der Notstand ausgerufen, der bisher schon für Cavite, Catanduanes und Camarines Sur bestand.

Cebu City spendet für die durch den Taifun stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogene Insel Catanduanes 1 Million Peso und schickt ein 30 köpfiges Hilfsteam dort hin.
