Lt. dem Präsidentensprecher sollen bei der neuen Quarantäneverschärfung Massentransportmittel verboten sein und es wird nur unbedingt erforderliches Reisen erlaubt.

Außerdem sollen 20 Millionen Schutzmasken an die arme Bevölkerung verteilt werden. Anschließend wird aber dann auch die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsbestimmungen streng kontrolliert.
Gleichzeitig werden wieder die Arbeits- und Quarantänepässe eingeführt, um die Bewegung von Menschen zu minimieren.
