Baguio City, wo es durchaus frische Temperaturen geben kann, hat ein Obdachlosenheim eröffnet, wo sich Menschen, die kein Zuhause haben, kurzfristig aufhalten und übernachten können. Es gibt dort Duschmöglichkeiten und für einen Wechsel der Kleidung wird auch gesorgt.
